iClick Launches Decorate

This week we revolutionized the apparel decorating industry by launching iClick Decorate. iClick Decorate is the first and only true nationwide apparel contract decoration service in the promotional products industry.

“In our continuing quest to redefine the industry we have moved beyond being a traditional supplier of goods to offering contract apparel decoration,” says iClick President, Jeff Hall. “We understand the pains our distributors experience having to build relationships with unique decorators around the country. We have solved this by offering iClick’s award-winning service, a national price list, and enough locations so that every destination across the country can be reached with 2-day ground shipping.”

iClick will provide centralized customer service for Decorate from our Seattle headquarters. There are currently twenty-five decoration locations across the US.  We plan to add more locations throughout the year with help from our two Vice Presidents of Decorate, Jonathan Irvin and Roger Burnett.

Del Frisco’s Remarkable Customer Service

Restaurants have several chances to provide remarkable customer service or be held accountable for less than remarkable service. Each patron is sizing up their experience so depending on how a restaurant is run, each patron can be your biggest fan or your worst enemy. Personally, I find service at restaurants to be mediocre at best. It’s not everyday that you get the full attentive treatment that you see in the movies. In this case two of our very own employees had an exceptional customer service experience in New York City at Del Frisco’s and below they tell of their experience in their own words:

 We went to Del Frisco’s in Manhattan and had an amazing dinner. We were there a total 3 hours and this place did not disappoint. We were served by an amazing waitress and several helpers. When it came time for our appetizers to be delivered there was 6 servers each bringing out a separate plate and then dishing us up individually. Our water and wine glasses never once, in 3 hours, became low as the wait staff was extremely attentive and filled our glasses before we had a chance to ask for more. When we were hesitant about entree choices they were more than willing and able to suggest and recommend items that we might enjoy; and we did. The entire experience was second to none and I would go back in a heart beat. – Jen Fairley
